In the centre of the photograph is Ernest Wilson's clothing shop on North Street, and the rooms above the shop were used by Jehovah's Witnesses, as the Kingdom Hall meeting rooms, as seen in the notices in the window. To the left is Coles Fish and Game shop, and to the right is the corner of Collinson's toy shop, now ( 2017 ) Lockwood's restaurant. It is interesting to note the sign for Irelands Court above and to the left of Cole's shop.
