A formal portrait of the staff of WB Moss and Sons, Grocers. Moss's Arcade ran from Queen Street through to the bus station, and the staff are seated just inside the entrance to the Arcade, which has its folding metal doors closed to the public, presumably whilst the photograph was being taken.
