Blossomgate looking west towards Trinity Church

Date: 1950s

Immediately on the right, behind the iron gates, was a community hall which was used by the British Legion, Ripon Rugby Club, Brownies etc. The cottages and dwellings to the right included a general store run by Mrs. Scott. This row was demolished and was the site of Blossomgate Motors which in turn was demolished and in 2019 is the site of Booths Supermarket and Marshall Way.
